Vector Logos & Artwork
Vector Files enable your logo to be printed in the highest possible quality and resolution. The most common vector file formats are:
The key distinction between vector files and standard web formats like JPG, GIF, or PNG lies in their scalability and print quality. Vector files are designed to maintain sharpness and clarity at any size, whether they’re scaled down for a business card or blown up for a billboard or vehicle wrap. This makes them ideal for high-definition printing, ensuring crisp, clean edges and professional results.
In contrast, web files, such as photos from Instagram or other low-resolution sources, often appear grainy or blurry when printed. These formats lack the flexibility to scale without losing quality, resulting in soft, fuzzy edges that detract from the final product. While we can create basic concepts using low-res web files, our ability to manipulate backgrounds or objects is significantly limited. To ensure the highest quality label proof, we strongly recommend providing vector files, as they allow us to deliver the best possible outcome for your project.

If you don’t have a vector file available, no need to stress—we’ve got you covered. For a small fee, we can recreate your logo as a vector file. Once the vectorization process is complete, we’ll not only create your label concept but also provide you with the vector logo file for use in all your future marketing projects.
In many cases, the designer who originally created your logo likely provided a variety of files. Some of these may not display properly on your computer, but that’s not a problem. Simply forward them to us, and we’ll sort through everything to find the right files for your project. Alternatively, if you’re still in touch with your designer, you can ask them to send over the vector logo files directly. Either way, we’ll make sure you have everything you need to move forward.

High-Resolution Photos
Please provide photos with a resolution of 240 to 300 DPI (dots per inch). If you’re sending files from a mobile device, ensure you don’t select the “optimize for email/web” option. We need the raw, high-resolution version to ensure the best print quality.
Can’t you use a photo from my website?
Unfortunately, no. Images pulled from websites are typically low resolution (72-96 DPI) and will appear blurry or pixelated when printed.
What if I don’t have access to suitable photography?
No problem! We have a couple of solutions:
- Minimalist Design: We can use a solid color background or keep the label background white for a clean, modern look.
- Stock Imagery: You can source a high-resolution stock photo or vector background from online providers. Many options are available for free or at a low cost (typically around $20).
Let us know which approach works best for you, and we’ll ensure your label looks professional and polished!
